The present terms govern sales made on brako.online by BRAKO. Prices are shown in USD, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Orders are confirmed by email after payment is accepted.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; invoice orders ship after the bank transfer lands. Title passes on full payment. The photographs and graphics on the site are not contractually binding — the embroidered piece you receive is the reference.

For any question on an order: hello@brakocouture.com. Disputes are governed by French law; consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform free of charge.

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, no reason needed (art. L.221-18 of the French consumer code). Return the piece unworn, with its tags, to the return address given with your order email — return shipping is on you unless the piece is defective.

Once it lands back at the studio we refund the full amount including the initial shipping cost, within 14 days, via the original payment method. Exchanges work as a new order plus a return. Embroidery defects are covered whenever they show up.

What we collect: contact details, order history, account data and browsing data on brako.online. Why: to ship your order, service your account and — with consent — to send the newsletter. Payment data never touches our servers; Stripe processes it.

Retention: account data for as long as the account is open; order records for the legal accounting period. Cookies serve the cart, the session and — only with your click — audience measurement.
